General booking terms

1. Purpose

Blue Riviera Location offers furnished apartments and villas for holiday rental, mainly in Menton, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and Beausoleil. These terms govern the booking and the guest’s stay.

2. Booking

Bookings are made online. A booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been paid and a confirmation email has been sent. The guest guarantees that the information provided is accurate.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros. The total amount of the stay, including fees, is displayed before confirmation. Payment terms (deposit and balance) are shown before confirmation and in our cancellation policy.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation terms are set out on the Cancellation policy page and shown before booking.

5. Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out times are shown on each listing. Check-in instructions are sent before the stay.

6. Use of the home

The home is rented for temporary residential use. The number of guests may not exceed the stated capacity. Guests agree to follow the house rules of each home, to respect the neighbours and any building rules, and to leave the home in the condition in which they found it.

7. Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Any issue noticed on arrival should be reported promptly to our team.
