About us
A local team for your stay and your property
Short-term rentals, property management and experiences between Menton and Monaco.
Our story
A professional and local approach
Blue Riviera Location was created to offer a professional and local approach to short-term rentals on the French Riviera. Based in Menton, we welcome guests from all over the world in apartments and villas between Menton, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Beausoleil and Monaco.
For owners, we manage properties as a real hospitality business: listings, pricing, guest communication, cleaning, linen, maintenance and reporting. For guests, we offer carefully prepared homes and a team that is easy to reach.
Our activity also includes boat rental with our partner AliceBoat & Yacht, and local experiences currently in preparation.
