Bright, well-kept studio on the first floor of a seafront residence in Menton, with private balcony, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The beach is just a few steps away and the town centre and old town can be reached on foot along the promenade. Ideal for couples, solo travellers or small families of up to 3 guests.
The space: living/sleeping area with a single bed and a sofa bed, TV, blackout curtains and a work space. Equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and espresso machine, opening directly onto the balcony. Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Private balcony with small table and 2 seats, overlooking the garden and the mountains.
Comfort: air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, drying rack, extra pillows and blankets. Bed linen and towels included; baby cot on request. Lift in the building.
We welcome you in person on arrival (check-in 3pm-7pm, check-out by 10am). Smoking allowed only on the balcony. No pets, no parties.
